Exclusions: This warranty does not cover "wear and tear" (scratches to the case or crystal), water damage due to an unsecured crown, or damage caused by accidents, drops, or unauthorized repairs.

Eligibility: This 1-year warranty applies exclusively to watches purchased directly through tpwatches.com. Items purchased via third-party marketplaces or other online sellers are subject to the terms of those specific platforms.
